Jeremy Smith
Owner

With over 30 years of residential painting experience in San Luis Obispo County, you could say that I've pretty much seen it all! Even though your project might be unique to you, I am pretty sure I've completed at least one painting job that was very similar to yours. And because of my experience, I have the unique ability to share with you way ahead of time unforeseen challenges that may come up. This could be tremendously valuable to you in terms of saving you time and money.

Our entire team understands that Julius has helped develop our company culture. He has played a huge role in our employee training. Jules strives to teach each member of our team the pathway to success and achieving their goals, both in and out of the work place. When Jules is running a project you can be sure that he will leave you with not only a great paint job but also a lasting impression of true professionalism. Julius is a solid loving husband to wife Katy and an exceptional father to his two young boys: Milo and Clark. Julius exemplifies leadership both in his personal and work life. When he is not with his family, you might run into him at a golf course breaking a club head or two with his tremendous power. Julius treats our team and our customer relationships with the highest level of respect and loyalty and we could not imagine our operations without him.
Brodie Baker
Project Manager/Estimator
aka Brod Bob Cooter

Brodie was the first employee of Paneless Company Painting. Having been with the company from its inception, you could say he truly bleeds yellow and blue. The company was built on his dedication and hard work. With over 20 years of experience, Brodie has mastered the skill it takes to produce a high level paint job and run an efficient crew. Brodie's work ethic and "can do" attitude was instilled in him at a young age by his best buddy, Grandpa Rex. Brodie is by far our company's social butterfly. He has the gift of observation and takes a sincere interest in people. Aside from being an intricate part of our team, Brodie is the type of a man that will give you the shirt off his back. Over the years our customers have raved about what an absolute pleasure he is to work with.

Berto has become a great project manager and a true master painter. Berto loves spending time with his parents and his brothers. Outside of work you will find Berto at Fitness Works in Morro Bay putting in his time at the gym. He is dedicated to lifting and he is for sure our company gym rat. Berto is a loyal friend and simply put a great man!
Christian Russell
Project Manager/Foreman
aka Little Fella

Christian is one of our homegrown project managers. He started his painting career as an apprentice with Paneless Company Painting and has moved up the ladder to become a great foreman. Christian has a knack for about everything he does. In fact, one of Christian's key strengths is his ability to see a task simple when most people would consider it to be difficult. Christian is our team's go to guy when we run into any type of mechanical challenge. He is a great problem solver and has become a very good painter. Outside of work Christian is dedicated to his wife and family. You might catch Christian and his wife Shelby at the shooting range taking aim at clay pigeons - Shelby being the better shooter of course!
